By purchasing this six-month coaching package with Azalee, I understand and agree to the following:

• I am purchasing 12 1-hour sessions on Zoom with Azalee. I can use 2 sessions per month and they must be used in 6 consecutive months. 
• I am purchasing 6-months of access to Voxer coaching from Azalee. This includes 2 days per week for 6 consecutive months that Azalee will respond to my messages, answer my questions, provide coaching, and provide feedback via Voxer. I can only use the Voxer access during the same months I use my calls. I can send Azalee Voxer messages on any day, however, she will read and respond to my messages for 15 minutes on each of my Voxer days. Azalee will tell me which days she will be responding to my messages. If I do not use Voxer, I cannot roll-over the service or get a refund. If I ask more than Azalee is able to answer within the 15-minute time, she will let me know that she will respond to the rest on our next Voxer day or during our next call. Voxer is meant to be used for quick questions and to have someone cheer you on along the way. 
• I can book my first session between January 2023 and July 2023 on the dates Azalee has available. The 6-months will begin after that time. If I do not book one of my calls within that time frame, I cannot get a refund. 
• It's up to me to come to the call prepared with questions and what I would like to have reviewed to get the most out of the call. 
• Azalee will only provide support on the call related to business, marketing, and branding.
• If I do anything on the call or on Voxer that's disrespectful, Azalee will end the call and I will forfeit the remainder of the call, any future calls, and any future Voxer support. 
• I do not have to book the call as soon as I purchase the package. However, once I book a call, I will only be able to reschedule each call once. If I need to reschedule a call, I will need to do it at least 48 hours prior to the call.
• If I try to reschedule my call less than 48 hours prior to the call or don't show up to my call or am 15 minutes late, I will forfeit my call. 
• Availability is based on a first come first serve basis. The sooner I book my call(s), the more options I will have for dates. 
• If Azalee needs to reschedule my call, I will be contacted with new dates or times to choose from. 
• This purchase includes 12 1-hour sessions on Zoom (2 per month) and 6 months of Voxer access to Azalee (2 days per week). This purchase does not include pre-work, call recordings, call notes, support, or additional resources.
• No refunds are available for this purchase. Results from my session are not guaranteed. My actions prior to and after the session are my sole discretion and my sole responsibility.
